INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

The Management of Hound Line is the highest authority in matters of Quality and Information Security. It assumes the role of driving this strategy, motivating, and promoting the participation of all company personnel in related activities, preventive detection, and the implementation of actions for its continuous improvement.

Aware of the importance of customer satisfaction and the need to provide quality services while maintaining the security and integrity of information, the Management has decided to implement an Integrated Management System based on the guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 standards.




To this end, this policy has been established with the objective of:

  1. Adapting the company’s organization to the demands of a changing and competitive market, ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers through continuous improvement and the involvement of all company personnel while ensuring that the information handled in its operations is subject to strict security controls.
  2. Continuously evaluating, analyzing, and improving company processes related to service quality, both to prevent non-compliance and to avoid or minimize risks through ongoing improvements.
  3. Ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and normative requirements, both internal and external, regarding its services and products, while maintaining an environment free from any disruptions that could affect the normal course of activities.
  4. Providing a framework for setting objectives that drive the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.

This policy is based on meeting customer needs, fulfilling their requirements, and striving to exceed their expectations. The Management of Hound Line understands that achieving this requires competent, trained, and committed personnel who are actively involved in meeting objectives and dedicated to both the company and its customers.

  • Reviewing this policy annually to adapt it to changes in the organization’s context, considering external and internal factors, and ensuring its alignment with the company’s strategy.
  • Reviewing and maintaining up-to-date documentation related to the Integrated Management System.
  • Establishing monitoring objectives and indicators that will be periodically analyzed.
  • Conducting necessary training and awareness programs to equip personnel with the necessary tools for continuous improvement.

As the guiding instrument of the Integrated Management System, this policy will be communicated in accordance with the current communication plan.
