WHAT IS THE DIGITAL KIT PROGRAM?
The Government has approved the Digital Kit Program, with the aim of subsidizing the implementation of digital solutions to achieve digital maturity in companies. Financed by European Funds, the Digital Kit is aimed at companies, micro-enterprises and self-employed workers in any sector or type of business.
With a digital voucher, companies will be able to access digitalization solutions offered by companies that have the certification of approved software.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE DIGITAL KIT GRANT?
The digital solutions provided by the Digital Kit are aimed at the needs of small businesses, micro-businesses and self-employed workers, belonging to any sector or type of business. Once it has been confirmed that the requirements are met, companies will be able to use the Digital Bonus in the following table:
Segment I: Companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR THE DIGITAL KIT?
A series of conditions have been established in order to be eligible for the Digital Kit aid:
- Be a small business, a micro-business or a self-employed person.
- Not be considered a company in crisis.
- Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
- Not incur in any of the prohibitions provided for in the General Law on Subsidies.
- Be registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholding agents of the State Agency for Tax Administration or in the equivalent census of the Provincial Tax Administration.
- Not be subject to a pending recovery order following a previous decision of the European Commission.
- Not exceed the minimum aid limit (€200,000).
- Have the Digital Maturity Level assessment in accordance with the diagnostic test on the Acelera pyme platform.

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN DIGITALIZING YOUR COMPANY?
- The beneficiary and the Digital Agent negotiate, sign and formalize a Digital Solutions Provision Agreement.
- After formalizing the agreement, the Digital Agent implements the requirements pertaining to each phase of the digital solution, that is, it offers the technological solution to the beneficiary (the implementation period in some cases is one day, in others it can be several weeks).
- The Digital Agent issues a single invoice after the first phase of service provision, with the total amount (of the 12 months of service provision) and indicating the subsidized amount.
- The beneficiary will pay the non-subsidizable expenses (for example, VAT, which can then be deducted) and will assign the right to collect the subsidizable amount in favor of the Digital Agent.
- The Digital Agent will provide the digital solution requested by the beneficiary for a period of 12 months from the start of the implementation.
