PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:

Your personal data will be used for the general purpose of managing and controlling the established commercial relationship and, specifically for:

• To communicate with users in response to incidents, requests, comments and questions that you make to us through the services and/or products, as well as the contact forms on our website (including emails and/or phone calls).

• If applicable, manage personnel selection processes in selective processes for workers and/or collaborators.

STORAGE PERIOD:

The personal data provided will be kept and processed as long as the relationship of provision of services and/or products is maintained, without prejudice to the possibility of exercising your right to deletion, in which case HOUND LINE, S.L. will block your data for as long as its legal obligations persist.
The personal data of the persons interested in receiving information about the services and/or products will be kept in the system as long as the interested party does not request their deletion.


LEGITIMATION OF THE PROCESSING.

The legal basis for the processing of the data is the legitimation based on the consent of the interested party given for the purposes described above, which will be requested at the time of: 

• before proceeding to process your data, 
• proceeding to register as a client or, 
• proceeding to send communications about HOUND LINE, S.L. products.

The requests for information that you send us require that the interested party voluntarily provide us with the necessary data to be able to assist you or provide you with the services and/or products.
However, the interested party may freely refuse to provide us with such data or, subsequently, revoke the consent previously granted to process their data, although such refusal will imply the impossibility of us being able to attend to their request.

Likewise, we may process your data based on the legitimate interest of HOUND LINE, S.L. in maintaining and retaining its customers and/or users and better meeting their expectations or previously expressed interests, e.g.: improving products, managing requests, queries or complaints, offering services and/or products similar to those contracted, informing about promotions, etc., without prejudice to compliance by HOUND LINE, S.L. with the rest of the obligations relating to the sending of commercial communications by electronic means.

HOUND LINE, S.L. understands that, by providing us with such data, the interested party guarantees and is responsible for the veracity, timeliness and accuracy of the same and that he/she expressly accepts and consents to its processing for the purposes described above.


RECIPIENTS OF ASSIGNMENTS OR TRANSFERS.

In general, HOUND LINE, S.L. will not transfer your personal data to third parties unless we are legally required to do so or you have expressly authorized us to do so when using our Products. By accepting the Product Conditions, you expressly consent to these transfers. If you revoke your consent, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services.


RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not HOUND LINE, S.L. processes personal data concerning him or her. In particular, you may exercise the following rights with HOUND LINE, S.L.:

• Right of access: allows the interested party to know and obtain information about his or her personal data that is being processed. 
• Right of rectification: allows the interested party to correct errors, modify data that is found to be inaccurate or incomplete and ensure the accuracy of the information being processed. 
• Right of deletion: allows the interested party to request the deletion of the data being processed when it is no longer necessary for the execution or provision of the service. 
• Right to object: the interested party's right to not have their personal data processed or to have it ceased, except for legitimate reasons or for the exercise or defence of possible claims, in which case we will keep them blocked for the corresponding period while the legal obligations persist. 
• Right to object to the sending of advertising: Interested parties may object to the sending of commercial communications by HOUND LINE, S.L. In this case, they may revoke their consent to receive these notifications at any time using the mechanism implemented for this purpose in the same, or from the preferences of the customer account. 
• Limitation of processing: In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims. 
• Data portability: interested parties may request to receive the data that concerns them and that they have provided to us or that – whenever technically possible – we send them to another data controller of their choice, in a structured format of common use and machine reading. 
• Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions (including profiling): right not to be subject to a decision based on automated processing that produces effects or significantly affects. Possibility of withdrawing consent: Likewise, the interested party has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent given at the time of providing us with your data.

Possibility of filing a claim with the Control Authority HOUND LINE, S.L. also informs you of your right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

Retention of certain data: HOUND LINE, S.L. informs that, in compliance with the provisions of Law 25/2007, of October 18, on the retention of data relating to electronic communications and public communications networks, it must retain and conserve certain traffic data generated during the development of communications in order to transfer them to the legitimate authorities, when the legal circumstances provided for therein occur.

Registered data: As with most products supplied over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when the user uses the services of the website. These registration data may include the IP address, the identification of the device from which the products are accessed, the operating system, the configuration of the device.

Security measures: We adopt the necessary data protection measures to prevent the loss of information, alteration of data, or access by unauthorized personnel to it.
